Cabin Rates & Policies

All cabins include:

Wood Burning Fireplaces
Kitchens
Color television with cable
Carpet
Linens and dishes furnished
Picture windows upstairs and downstairs (except units 9 & 10)
Only Cabins 1 & 2 are on the river
For your enjoyment, we also have picnic tables and BBQ grills, or you may use our picnic area by the river

Things to bring:

Sun screen
long pants and a light sweater or jacket (it gets cool in the mountains at night)
Shorts for the warmer days
Stiff sole shoes or hiking boots
Ponchos or rain jackets for hiking (it does occasionally rain in the afternoons)
Your camera and plenty of film
YOUR BATHING SUIT for our HOT TUB by the river.

Things to do:

There is fishing on the property (Fall River). A license is required if 15 years old or older.
Horseback riding
Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park
Restaurants (near by and in Estes Park — we can suggest which are the best)
Shopping in Downtown Estes Park

Policies and Rules:

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Master Card, Visa, Discover Cards accepted.
Children 12 months and under may stay free of charge and we have port-a-cribs available for $5 per night.
Check-in time is any time after 2 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. We offer a baggage holding area to assist you after the 10 a.m. check-out time.
Cancellation Policy: If an emergency arises and you find you won't be able to take this dream vacation, just notify us thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival, and we will promptly refund your deposit less a $40.00 processing fee. There is no refund for unused accommodations due to late arrival or early departure. On cancellations with shorter notice, we will try to re-book your reservation and refund all but whatever sum represents our financial loss, but if that is impossible, the deposit is forfeited.
We do not provide daily maid service as all our cabins are housekeeping units with kitchens.
For the comfort of all, we do not accept pets.
